By accessing this Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
Maison Prestige is a domestic staffing agency that connects clients with qualified professionals such as housekeepers, nannies, private chefs, personal assistants, and estate managers. We facilitate candidate sourcing, screening, and referral, but do not employ the domestic staff directly, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our Site or Services, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
As a client, you are responsible for:
Placement fees are based on the role and service package selected. Fee structures and refund/replacement policies are outlined in our separate Client Agreement, which must be signed before we begin candidate introductions.
Once a candidate is hired, you assume full responsibility as the employer. Maison Prestige is not liable for the candidate’s conduct or performance post-placement, except as outlined in your specific Client Agreement.
Refunds and replacement guarantees are only provided as per the terms outlined in the signed Client Agreement. No refunds will be issued for client-initiated cancellations outside those terms.
All content on this Site, including logos, copy, graphics, and service materials, is the property of Maison Prestige and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

Our Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant or guarantee the suitability, performance, or continued employment of any candidate referred. We conduct background and reference checks based on available information but cannot guarantee future behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Prestige shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Site or Services, including but not limited to claims arising from employment relationships.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Prestige and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the Site or Services, or your employment of a referred candidate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in McLean, Virginia
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
